Inside the cockpit
One of the ZCPs best components doesnt show at all, though you will notice it the moment you start driving. A steering rack with a 14.5:1 ratio has been lifted from the M3 CSLs parts bin to replace the standard 15.4:1 rack. That gives the ZCP just 2.7 turns lock-to-lock instead of 3.0, which means that even hairpin turns almost never require the crossing of arms. This, to us, is what BMW steering should always feel like: quick and direct, with superb feel and feedback. Power assist is about perfect, enough to make the M3 ZCP easy to maneuver at slow speeds but not so much as to feel overboosted at higher speeds.

I'm thinking of cancelling my subscription to Bimmer. The editorial pieces are fluff, the news is old and 99% of the tech Q&A doesn't apply to my car.

Is there another good BMW magazine besides Roundel that someone can recommend?

The last line in the article and the last line in the ZHP coupe review sums up their feelings.

There really isn't a good magazine out there, PhilH.

How about a Bimmerfest Magazine???

They say the new suspension reduces understeer, but then they say that the old suspension was better for the track?
