I never even knew that they had after-market heated seats?

You can always add a function that wasn't originally purchased. However, it would cost. I once had a 1998 318i with leather manual seats. I asked the dealership if I could upgrade to heated/power seats. They said yes, but that it would cost much more than if I had selected that option in the first place.

I suspect you would need two new seats that is prewired for the heat/power...not certain. The dealership would be best to answer...

Check out an upholstery shop. There are a number of aftermarket kits. At the forum for Honda Pilot, there is a DIY where someone installed their own aftermarket kit. Kinda tricky given the ignitors for the side impact airbags that are built into the seatback.

I'm told it cost about $650 to add them after market. I think $500 if buying new.
