Does anyone know the complete list of parts it would take to convert a E30, 325is 4-lug car to the 5-lug configuration of an E30, M3?

front hubs, rear hubs would be the simpliest solution, but you either have to replace them yourself or pay a shop to do it. It is an easy DIY if you have the tools, but they are not cheap.
I will be selling off my E30 M3 suspension shortly, but I stupidly removed the passenger rear parking brake mechanism (I was going to keep it).
Probably look for $750 which would include the whole front strut housing and rear trailing arms.

Bruce,
I am interested. I plan to go to a coil-over suspension for the track. I also plan to install a big brake package. I'm in the dark about EXACTLY what I would need to realize the 5-lug configuration. Is it just the hubs?
Feel free to contact me: jefftheskier@sbcglobal.net That should be easier than jumping in and out of this forum.
Thanks.
