What do I need to add XM Direct and still use my Icelink Plus?

I have a 2005 Z4 Non Nav and no premium sound. I currently have the Icelink Plus that attaches to back of the radio and I want to add the XM Direct as well. I have seen kits for this on www.myradiostore.com for $250. Seems kind of high since the XM Direct tuner module is $40 and the Blitzsafe adapter is around $100. Are these 2 items all I need to install XM? If so, which Blitzsafe adapter do I need to order? :dunno: Or, does the ready made kit add other items that I may need as well (therefore justifying the extra cost)? My concern is the icelink plugs into the back of the radio, rather than the trunk. If it mounted in the trunk, you should be able to get the XM Direct with the CD changer pass though adapter and plug it in.

Perhaps someone else can comment on the affect of plugging it in to the radio itself. My fear is that it may disable the harness in the trunk.
