how can i replace

the lights that light up the dash cluster and replace the window motor on the driver rear door?

for the intrument cluster removal.
1) turn the ignition switch off
2)Remove the steering wheel and the instrument cluster mounting screws.
3)Protect the top of the steering column and tilt the instrument cluster down. Pull the cluster out.
4) Push the levers forward to disconnect the plugs. Remove the instrument cluster.
5)Rotate the toggle screws 90 degrees to the left and turn up the housing with the printed circuit board. Pull the housing off. Pull off the knobs.
6)Remove the 6 screws from the carrier section and slide off. Note the position of the spacers on the bottom screws and prevent the LCD display from falling out.
7)From there you should be able to reach your bulbs.

for the window motor
1)Remove the door panel. Disconnect the window glass from the regulator and block up to support.
2)Remove the microswitch. Grind out the regulator mounting rivets and remove the screw at the end of the arm.
3)Remove the regulator.
