Engine, engine harness, engine ECU, clutch, transmission, driveshaft, differential, rear subframe and suspension, output/half shaft.

Yes you will need ALL THOSE. Cost will run between $18,000-$25,000, depending on who's doing the work and where you're sourcing the parts.
