tranny cleaning?

for the do it yourselfer. what would be the best way to flush the tranny and get it clean. i just rolled my 93 325i to 100,000 miles and it needs it. what would you suggest. thanks for the help

Is it the first tranny service or just the first time you yourself are going to do it?
