My driver's side sun visor mounting screws are loose. I've stared at it, examined it, and pulled gently on it and I can't figure out how to get to the screw head to tighten it up. I have NOT removed the bow across the top of the windshield (into which the interior light assembly mounts). Is that required? Many thanks.

You don't need to remove the light bracket panel-in fact the sun visor screws hold it on! I had to buy new torx screws from BMW. The correct screws are the only ones that seem to fit.

Thanks. I actually figured it out myself a few months ago but forgot to post the answer. The torx screw at each end of the visor is hidden inside a black plastic piece of trim with a cover that slides off. With enough light on it, you can find the seam that locates the sliding piece. The fix is easy after that.
