E36 Exhaust System Compatibility

Hello,

My E36 318i has developed an exhaust leak, and so of course I went straight to eBay to look for something nice but used to replace my stock system and not spend a whole lot of money. I found a Remus catback system taken off a 1997 M3. I'm sure you're anticipating my question: can this system be reasonably made to work with my 318i? Even if I have the modification done by a pro custom exhaust shop?

I am sure a pro shop could cut it and make it fit but it is not just a bolt up job....

If you just want a muffler and then have a shop fabricate you pipes just get the muffler and not a whole cat-back.way cheaper. I would recommend magnaflow.
