New Kind of Climate Control Problem

Hi Guys!

I know about the widely known climate control problem with the e36 models. Mine was acting up and I had it fixed. However, I have a new problem now! Althought the climate control module is working, the A/C will never kick in. It appears (sounds like) to do the same thing as the Reclaim button. I am going crazy trying to figure out what the problem is.

Any ideas?

Have your A/c gas checked, this will also cause your A/c compressor not to engage. should that fail have your compressor pull-in clutch checked.(voltage from HAVC output stage)
And if all else fails resolder all the joints on the HAVC control unit.(blue ribbon connector)
