Doug, the partial winners are the ones that were leftover. Everyone has a 1:1500(?) chance to win an M3. So if (when) there is the leftover multiple of 1500, the rest go into the pot and a percentage based on x/1500 times the MSRP, get cash.

Does that make sense?:dunno:
