Gary, 18" Wheels and BBK's

I'm copying this from my post on the m3forum, where I'm not getting much response. After looking through this website, I thought you might know. I have an '05 M3 (non-ZCP). Here's the post:

I'm thinking of using 18" BBS RS-GT's (9.5 rear, and 8.5 OR 9.5 fronts). Can anyone confirm that ZCP brakes (or aftermarket BBK's) will fit behind any of these three sizes (9.5 rear, 8.5 front, 9.5 front)?

Also, what is the widest tire for these rims that will not rub with stock suspension and alignment?

Any additional comments regarding 8.5 vs. 9.5 fronts would also be appreciated.

You could run up to 245/40R18 front and 275/35R18 rear Unfortunately these wheels aren't extremely generous with clearance for many BBKs. Since the only BBK we carry is Brembo I can give you info on clearance on those. These wheels will not clear their 355mm kit, nor their 380mm kit, but they do clear the 345mm rear only kit.
