Do you want to extend the Maintenance Plan or the Warranty Plan? They are different.

Your 2001 car came with a 3 year 36K mile factory Maintenance Plan and a 4 year 48K mile factory Warranty Plan. And as far as I know, you can not extend a plan once you are beyond the years/mileage of the original plan.

So, unless you were already under an extension to the factory plans, you are out of luck on the Maintenance Plan, but can still squeek by for an extended Warranty Plan.

Unless any of the dealers that frequent this board and this forum see your message and contact you themselves, you are going to have to do your own leg work. The best deal on extended maintenance plans I knew of at the begining of this year were from Carbone BMW in New York, but the prices could very well have changed since I went looking back then.
