Bluetooth pairing process

Just picked up my e90 330i. How do you pair the phone to the Idrive???
I can't find any info in the owner's manual. :dunno:

It should be in the separate thinner manual with a phone booth on the cover

It sometimes doesn't come with the car, though. I asked BMW online, and they emailed me the manual. (I'd prefer a real, printed version, but this is acceptable. I still haven't bought a Bluetooth-equipped phone, though :).)
