We brought our 325xi in for regular maintenance and were impressed by how pleasant the entire staff was.
From our service advisor Jim Eddy to the cashier, everybody was great and seemed to enjoy their jobs - and this happened during a pretty busy Saturday.
Can't say how they might handle a big repair job or a complaint, but the atmosphere was so much nicer than our miserable experience with Passport that I thought I should mention it.
Give 'em a try.
