Does anyone have any idea what i should get?

Since the chances of any of the regulars here at Bimmerfest answering an exhaust question are pretty much nill I'll do my best to help ya out. After my own experience with looking for a new exhuast for my 330i I've found the following:

For CAT-Back :
UUC TSE3 & Borla seem to offer up the best over value and sound. The UUC in my opinion sounds little better (more throaty) but it is about $200-$250 more than the Borla. Now the Borla sounds great I just personally found the UUC to be a bit deeper (and louder) than the Borla.

For Axle Back:
Supersprint & Remus were the only two that offered the sound I was looking for. Supersprint is EXPENSIVE however and wasn't as loud as the Remus. The Remus was a little louder but IMO offered a nicer sounding exhaust than the Supersprint. Plus the Remus was a HECK of a lot cheaper.

I ended up going with the UUC and haven't regreted it at all. IMO it was worth the extra couple hundred bucks over the Borla for the nice deep sound you get. Plus when the windows are up I can still here my radio over the exhuast which was also a factor in which one I bought.

Hope this helps you out. If you want sound clips of the different exhausts most the manufacturer sites tend to have them. Good luck!

UUC TSE3 is nice as well as Rogue Engineering DMS. RE exhaust like a few hundred cheaper. Both systems have sound clips on their sites.

Good luck.

My own experience with my searching for an exhaust for my previous 328Ci
is that there all pretty much the same. Since your car has only one single
pipe from the motor back, it really isn't going to make much difference
sound-wise -- unless you kick the resonator. That's one of the things that
sucks about the MY 2000 E46 coupes. In 2001 they switched to dual pipes.
Anyway, a muffler is pretty much a muffler in this situation. Over the years
our members have added pretty much every one from the AC Schnitzer
(actually a Remus unit) to Super Sprint to Dinan, AA et al. Personally,
I chose to go with Racing Dyamincs because I liked to BIG tips.

Rogue Engineering has a less expensive unit called IKON for 395 and for the money I hear (pun intended) it's great
I'm not sure but it may not be available for the 323 tho :( Check it out...

Edit: I checked, it's not available for your car, sorry.
Go with Remus  I love mine :bigpimp:
