Anyone know a website (other than bmw-online.com) that has some good quality minitures, looking mainly for the Z3, Z4, 330ci, 330cic, M3, and M3ic.

Check out http://www.ewacars.com/ or Ebay. I have been collecting miniatures for almost 6 years. All BMWs only. Started 1/18, then 1/24, 1/43 and 1/87. Stopped for about a year since Minichamps or Herpa didn't release the latest BMW touring cars. I know the ins and outs of a good model car. Name it and I probably have it (yes, I even have a 1/43 VW Eurovan with BMW M decal that was used to transport drivers from places to the tracks back in the late 90s). ;)

Operknockity suggested a good site for reference IMO. Avoid buying from there and avoid http://www.beverlyhillsmotorsport.com/ as well.

Here's an old pic (http://home.comcast.net/~vpwseah1/collection/101-0192_IMG.JPG) of my partial collection.
