I just picked up a Jewel. 2001 Silver 740 Sport. Actually it is for the CFO but she's in my garage. I've been passively shopping for about the last 4 months and had driven several cars. I ran across this beauty and jumped on it. 50K miles, original owner and not a mark on it. Black leather, Steptronic, ect... What a missle. I see some points on my license soon.
I look forward to gettting some good knowledge on the site.

Welcome to Bimmerfest, the biggest time-sink on the internet! I'm a bit confused, the car isn't for you but for your CFO or is the CFO your S/O?

It's in my garage so I guess it's just as much mine as it is hers.

Congratulations.
I always liked those 740i w/ sports package. Blacked out trim, big wheels, etc. Very cool car, and getting somewhat rare to see a nice one.
