Free Spa if You Transport

There is a pretty nice CalSpa spa sitting in the backyard of the property we just purchased. The tub isn't cracked, though the wood facade and cover are a little weathered. The pump seems to be in good condition as well. Our realtor told us it is in working condition, but there is no guarantee. The dimensions are

6.5' X 7' x 3.5'

Dry weight is approx. 850 lbs.
