Heated Mirrors?

I have a 1995 M3. Are heated mirrors a standard option? If not, how do I tell if I have them? Should there be an on/off switch to identify? thanks :)

The easy way is to touch the mirror after the car has been on for a while. CAUTION, they do get HOT.

No switch, if yo have them, they are on anytime the car is on.
