I'm taking my car in next week and wanted to have the dealer
make sure the firmware/software in my NAV unit was up to date.
I"ve got a 2003 M5 with DVD Nav system.

I checked the postings on this board and followed the instructions
to hit menu and go to the settings screen. However, in the upper
right corner, my rev code does not follow the format described.
Mine says.

L : DE14CR1 12.07.02 17:38

I was expecting it to say something like SW 4-1/12 or something
like that.

Regardless, if it has never been updated, you are out-of-date. Current is V25, 4-1/50. V26 is coming soon.

Yes, I do get the T20.10 screen prior to the ==BMW== screen. I guess my software is
a bit behind :eeps:
