ive been lookin at a white e30 m3 that, to say the least, is an incredible deal. ive also been posting in the e36 section cause i planned to get an e36 318 but i wanna know if there are any more informative e30 m3 webforums because this one only has 4 posts so far.....was it just started? does anybody know of more popular forums or is it just the rareness of this car that theres not many resources of info? also, are these cars tough towork on or anything and how much does insurance usually run you guys? i dont want an insane jump in my insurance

my insurance for my 89 M3 is about 450 a year but it's not my daily driver. when it was my daily, it was 850 for full coverage with 1K deductable. try www.bmwe30.net also it's not m3 specific, but has good info, and www.m3forum.com.

they are not too difficult to work on, just certain specific parts are starting to be hard to come by. and it requires some specific intervals, like valve adj every 10K or so (so i've read, i haven't owned my M long enough to need one). any always always check the oil, the p.o. of my m had a bearing go out, and it set him back over 5K on a rebuild of the bottom end.
