: Another one gets the M3

Newbie here, but I had to join in the E36 M3 celebration. Just purchased a '99 M3 after planning to buy an E46.

I owned one of the first '95 M3 coupes (8/94 prodn) without a single problem for six years before selling it. Missed it so much I thought I'd get an E46 M3, then ratcheted that down to a 330 due to the economy, etc. But no matter how much I drove the wonderful, refined E46, I always came back to missing the "feel" of the E36 M3.

So...after much looking, I found an incredible, one owner '99 M3 with only 14K miles. Looks, smells and drives like new. The owner was fanatical about caring for it, and had to sell due to unfortunate circumstances. And, BMW let him CPO it under a special program when he bought out the lease. The specs:

Alpine white/black
14K, CPO, flawless
all options except rear spoiler
M contours

I'm just getting reaquainted, but it is even better the second time around!
