Tire/wheel exchange on new 530

Go to dealer tomorrow to finalize ED order of 2006 530 Sport pkg. Concerns about Dunlop run-flats and desire for better looking wheels have led to dealer offer to exchange OEM wheel/tire combo with michelin pilot sport PS2's /BMW style 124 18" set at a cost of $2200.Seems high. Any suggestions, thoughts?

Why not just swap out the Dunlop run-flats with the PS2's yourself, then sell the Dunlop run-flats, heck you may end up breaking even.

You might want to buy the PS2's from Tire Rack and have them dropped shipped to a local Tire Rack recommended installer. Shipping only takes a day or two, and most of the installers do a good job and charge a fair price.
