For tires, I chose Viking (by Continental) 205/50HR17.

Found nothing cheap in used wheels, Thanks God, there are replicas and e-bay.

you may also be able to squeeze a 16" on there, tires are half the price, while giving you more sidewall for impact absorbtion.
