Clown Nose Activation

I've read all over this and other forums that the clown nose can be activated to blink even without an alarm fitted. I have seen SIB 09 03 98 posted as a .pdf elsewhere on the forum, but I am specifically asking if anyone can please post a link to one of the attachments of that Service Bulletin, which is referred to as "B090398_Att6_CKM_E83". I am trying to convince my dealer that this is possible and documented on an X3, without having to involve BMWNA.
