I am looking for rims to go with winters for my 2006 330i with Sport Package. I could have sworn that the tire rack site used to give 17" rims that would fit this car with the sport package, but now the only options are 18's and above. Another site claims that ASA JH3 17x7.5 rims will fit. Does anyone know if they really will fit, or if there are any other 17's that will?

Thanks,
Kashan

Yes, those will indeed fit. The winter search feature is currently down/not working correctly, but I'm told it will be up again in the next couple of days.

I got a set of 17" M5 replicas that look sharp and clear the brakes on the 330i E90 sport package. 38mm offset, 72.56mm bore. Tires are Dunlop M3 Sport runflats. Wheels came from a BC Canadian vendor named TireTrends (http://www.tiretrends.com/wheel_catalog.php3?wheelID=164) - seems like the TireRack of Canada - v. knowledgeable. About $175 US / $199 CDN per wheel. Arrived wilthin a week and wheels look *really* nice. I usually buy from Tirerack, but I think they were caught off guard this year by the E90 SP, because their wheel selection in 17" is very limited, imo. Since you are in Canada, might be a good place to check.

Do you have a part number for these wheels? The wheels Tirerack has for 17" on this car are kinda fugly, and from what I have been able to gather there is no such thing as an 18" runflat snow?

Gary, is this true? and do you carry the wheel he is talking about?

any help is appreciated. it's gettin cold out here.

EDIT: ooops.... clicked the link... got the number, but still would like to know if tirerack sells them

When he said 'like' the Tire Rack of Canada, I think he meant just that they carry a lot of different products. We have no affiliation to any Canadian company nor do we carry a wheel like this, sorry.

Thanks Gary... do you know if these would clear the brakes on a 330CI with ZHP too? Gotta shop for the wife, too....

I'm sorry, I don't know if another companies replica wheels will clear the brakes on the car.

I can tell you that the ZHP brakes are no different than the 330i brakes.
