Im not going to give details at this moment. Dont want to have any more trouble then im already having trying to get this resolved. But do yourself a favor and dont shop for a new vehicle at this dealer. If you do decide to make sure you inspect your vehicle very carfully on delivery and dont accept it for the slightest problem. Will update reasoning when situation is resolved or has no resolution. Chris

Stay away from the body shop in Carnarsie, associated with Life Quality, I brought my car in for some front end minor body work. It took 2 weeks to get my car back and it had 150 extra miles on it. They denied it but I had no proof due to the fact I did not check to see if they logged the miles when I brought the vehicle in. Somonoe took my car for a joy ride and I don't appreciate that.

I'm taking mine to get the sunroof fixed. Should I be worried? I will definitely have them log the miles.

Go ask for Andy Tse from Life Quality Sales. He gave me a great deal too bad I can't get use MSD in NY.

The Service Department in Bay Ridge is horrible. I must call several times just to set up an appointment. They don't answer or put you on hold forever.

Getting my car serviced is always an ordeal. I bring the car in for simple service and they screw something up. It'll then take 2-4 days to get my car back. This has happened on several occassions.

They pressure you in rating them "5" in all service categories. You are called after your visit from BMW in the area code - 541- and they ask you questions relating to your "service experience". Your answers are not anonymous and they are forwarded to the dealer. You are forced to give them the highest rating for fear of retribution. Ironically, these great ratings are used as advertisement by both BMW and the dealership. It is designed to make them look good even though they rate @ "2" in my estimation. "5" is the highest rating and "1" is the lowest.

damn, i feel lucky now for not doing business with them. I used to live a block away from them and always said to my self, when I make the $$$ i am going in there........... went to bayside instead...... pheeeeu.......

My son bought a 2007 325 xi coupe in August and today - 27 days later - his car is still not registered!!! They screwed it up from the beginning, TERRIBLE customer service from the sales person. Left messages that we not returned in over a day or not at all.
Unacceptable for BMW - where ever they are located!
