I have a 2005 330i ZHP and just relocated to Denver from LA. i need to know if I would have to scrap my 18s for 17s and snow tires this winter vs. fitting 18's with snowtires. I dont know much about tires but I was wondering if there are snowtires for zhp 18" rims? thanks

The Pirelli 240 Snow sport comes in both 225/40R18 and 255/35R18 for exact factory sizes. You can also run 225/40R18 front and rear on your stock wheels with no problem for winter season, opening up other possible winter tire choices :

I live in Salt Lake City and have a ZHP. It is better from what I hear to go with a seperate set of wheels (17") for your snow tires which is what I have done. If you go with the 18" snow tires, they are going to give you a shorter life.
I got the Nokian WR's and will be getting them installed today.

Gary, I just ordered my 330i Sport to be delivered in December in NY. I expect to put seperate wheels and snow tires on right away for the winter. What size 17" wheels and tires are appropriate for this car. Also, how does the run flat sensor work? I was considering the run-flat snow tires from Dunlap. Does anyone know if old 3 series 17" wheels fit the new E90 sport? I have a few friends looking to get rid of OEM 17's, maybe Ill buy them and throw the tires from tirerack on them.
Thanks

You can view a list of appropriate wheels that fit here : http://www.tirerack.com/a.jsp?a=AB2&url=/wheels/index.jsp
Just select the non-sport package to allow the web site to let you see 17" wheels.
Since i don't sell OEM wheels, I'm unsure which OEM 17" wheels will clear the brakes on the E90, sorry.
