Run-Flats for All Seasons
"we did our wet and dry testing at The Tire Rack's South Bend, Indiana, facility (and a super test facility it is), for wintry aspects I found myself atop a mountain near Queenstown on the South Island of New Zealand."

The article specifically mentions that the Pirelli P Zero Nero M+S comes in run-flat, yet i couldn't confirm this on Pirelli's website or Tire Rack.
I'd be interested in using this option on the 18" wheel staggered combination, as the year-round tire. Does anyone know if the run-flat is a new feature and not available yet? I confirmed that they're available in sizes 225/40 and 255/35.
Any info on this would be greatly appreaciated.

The only size I know of that the Nero M+S is available in a run flat version is the 235/45R17.
The other sizes are non-runflats as far as I know. The two sizes you mentioned specifically are not run flats.

Thanks Gary. So can the following be an option on the new 330XI? BBS CH (17x8.5) with a 235/45/17 Nero M+S run-flat. Also, any potential rubbing if the car is lowered?
Thanks in advance.
