Swapping tires: Keeping Rims

I want to keep my OEM rims and just swap out the tires for the winter. I used to do this with my e46 but wonder if runflats are OK to be swapped back and forth like this.

And before everyone tells me just to get new rims, I'd prefer not to. :)

Yes, they ca be swapped back and forth just like 'normal' tires. Just keep in mind that it may be cheaper and easier to get a separate set of wheels after factoring in a few seasons of changes back and forth.
