Independent heating?

Yesterday I read a X3 accessories brochure in service center, there is function called independent heating/ventilation, it can warm up the cabin before you get in, and it can be operated by cell phone. Does anyone knew how to use it?
My X3 equipped with perfessional carphone and auto climate control. is it enough to activate this function and how?

I would ask the dealer where you saw the brochure.

I have never heard of such an option. It is not in the US brochures. I have not heard anyone in Europe discuss such an option. I have not seen such an option on any European BMW website I have visited.

I susupect it is a non-BMW after market option being offered only in your country.

I asked my dealer, they have no idea about this function,
But the option is in X3 accessories 2005 Brochure. I am pretty sure Europe model BMW has this option. Since my dealer is useless, so I just post here see if anyone can give me a hand.
