1992 325i w/165k miles, no known problems, interior is a little rough. For 2,695, is i worth it. Are there any common problems with these models? thankyou for your help

go for it thats a good price and good to edmunds.com and look up the car you can find alot of useful information there on reliability,value,specs everything.

I recently bought a '92 325i for $3700, with 171K miles, and have been happy as a clam -- this is probably the most practical and easy-to-repair car I've ever owned. As long as there's nothing obviously, horribly wrong, go for it!
Common problems for a car this age, are, of course, endemic. Don't let them get you down, though -- most can be addressed during your spare weekend hours, and parts are relatively inexpensive and available.
