How to remove seat back cover?

How do I remove the back plastic cover of the sport seats? I know that it slides into some kind of rails on the top but at the bottom it is secured by some type of pins (connecting the cover to the metal mainframe part of the seat). See, I can't figure out these pins. It is not a screw and I don't want to pull it out afraid that I may break it. How do I remove it. Help!

I would assume so. You can actually turn it around. See, I can't really see it as it is "inside" the seat. You can only see the plastic head of it. I am able to stick my fingers there and feel it. I tried to stick a little mirror there to see it but no luck. From feeling it I assume the rest is plastic as well.
