Milky Mirth Wood Trim

Hi Jon,

I have the "milky mirth wood trim" problem in my 330Ci. It has only appeared in the small center wood trim piece above the radio/Nav. I bought my car a year used so it has been there since I've had it. My question is, who should I contact to have this replace and is it covered under warranty? My 30K inspection should be in a month or two. Thanks in advance.

Dear loan guy,

Simply ask to speak with your designated "Service Advisor"
at your local BMW Center. The fact that your acquired your
Bimmer as a "pre-owned" is irrelevant, and should not
preclude prompt rectification...
