View Full Version : ahhhhh!!!!
Why can't I sleep anymore?
I am tired, get into bed then starting thing about stuff and can't sleep :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
I'm going to try waking up much earlier than normal the next few days. See if I can beat myself into better sleep patterns. I have lied in bed for as much 1 1/2 hours for the last two weeks...
Now to try to sleep again :banghead: :banghead:
Not being able to go to sleep until nearly two sucks :(

Dear nate328Ci,
It sounds like you may have a problem.
Have you ever been bothered by anxiety in the past?
Are you depressed about anything in particular?
Any disturbances in your appetite?
What about your sexuality; everything normal???
Please let us know.
Remember-
You do not have to go through this alone.
Maybe we here at BimmerFest can help...
Best regards,
--Jon
Dear Jon,
The problem is that despite being physically tired, I cannot fall asleep because my mind is running a mile a minute. Just thinking about anything, including how much work I have to do in the near future. Appitie is large as ususal (:flipoff: TD), sexually fine. Just can't fall asleep :banghead:
about to take another shot...:eeps:

Dear nate328Ci,
Your sleep disorder may be a superficial symptom of a much deeper pathology
related to severe anxiety; in this case,
related to the demands of your job...
The real problem occurs when you add sleep deprivation
to your state of being. The symptoms are exacerbated...
In order to ameliorate this condition I prescribe the following therapeutic strategy: get off the freaking computer, and go drive
your 328Ci (without the Sport Package) around the block a few
times. Maybe even cruise the boulevard, and look for an
Audi, Infiniti, or lesser BMW to kill... The resulting catharsis
will lead to a total dimunition of tension, and you will sleep
like a baby...
If that doesn't work, I'll activate my PM feature here, and
give you something else to try... ;)
Good luck and best regards,
--Jon
P.S. Please let us know what happens!
:D

It warms my heart to see the out pour of caring here at Bimmerfest.:)
I do think that Dr. Shafer may be on to something with his initial diagnosis:dunno: The anxiety and depression of having no SP may finally be catching up with you.
p.s. What the heck are you going to do when the clocks change:eeps: That's when my sleep cycle goes wacko:eek:
