2002 745i PDC Kit

Does anyone know if you can still install a factory BMW PDC (Parking Distnace Control)on a 2002 745i if the car didn't co :) me with it?

My neighbor had the toyota dealership install an after-market PDC on his new Toyota. It wasn't a BMW but it says to me that after-market kits must be out there. Google it.
