1997 328i convertible rear window frame

The rear plastic window is just fine , doesnt need replacement ... but the plastic rubber frame that used to surround it is gone dry and I had to remove it.

I tried to find one in the dealer , but they couldnt find a part number and they said it's not available ........ the window looks ugly without the frame.

Anyone knows where I can find this frame ... please help.

Would that be considered weatherstripping? If so, all kinds of places offer it.

The material you are refering to is called piping, it ts sewed to the window. The only thing you can do is replace the window.
