'Disabled' reading from head unit

Hi,

I just disconnected my battery connector to reset the computer on the car, and now my head unit displays the 'disabled' message. How do I activate the head unit? Is there a procedure in which I need to do get this to work?

disregard this post, i've figured it out. I had a icelink plus installed and it was faulty causing the radio to read disabled, the instrument panel to not work along with the turn signals and the side mirrors moving downwards while in reverse.
