You might have some luck with either Bullet Performance in Costa Mesa (Baker Street area) or the Import Doctor in Huntington Beach off of Bolsa Chica. Bullet put a Dinan throttle body and did some other work on my 2001 X5, I was happy with them. Mainly had between scheduled oil changes with Import Dr., but they are knowledgable and really care about your car.

If you're looking for AFE specifically, evosport in Huntington Beach is a dealer, although BMSRACECARS.COM in Santa Ana should be able to get you one as well.
