Hands free kit installation

Hi all

I would like to fit a handsfree kit in my E46 323Ci, year 2000. The kit i am looking at is a Nokia CK-1W as it looks like a cheap way to take advantage of the bluetooth capabilities of my mobile.

Has anyone ever fitted this kit? (or similar?)

What I am after really is advice on how to connect it to the BMW factory radio/CD so that the radio switches off when I receive a call.

I'd also welcome advice on how to remove the trims, and which ones, without ruining the interior!

Not to hijack your thread, but what an ugly button that is to press. i wish they would of designed it, as though you can have multiple color buttons, flush install option, and no wires, it is only a push button switch, a cr2025 battery in it and no wires, would look so much better.

Expansys doesn't list the install manual as downloadable.

Most HF kits have a MUTE output. Worst case, you can use the Mute output to turn on a relay and use the relay to break the ACC wire to the radio or the remote turn on wire from the radio to the amp.

But if this thing is cheap, I doubt is has much in the way of wiring.

Thanks for your answers guys. Does anyone know what input connections there are on the BMW factory "Business" Cd player? I don't want to unmount everytyhing to find that there is no easy way to do it!
