Dinan S3 540 Show Car For Sale

I am selling my 1997 Dinan s3 540 show car. This car started out as a fully loaded 540i 6-speed. It even has the cold weather package with steering wheel heater which comes in real handy in Southern California! :D The car has been heavily modified with not much overlooked on the performance side and aesthetics of the car. I have full maintenance history and all receipts for the modifications which total nearly $90,000. The car has 119k miles on it with most of the modifications done at 90k. The car is extremely fast and handles like a dream. Dinan rates it at 468 horsepower although I have never had it dinoed so I am kind of relucant to speculate. Although when driving it definitely feels like there is a lot of horsepower!! :D It has never been tracked. I am including in the price two additional sets of wheels and a custom fit Weathershield waterproof car cover. If there is anything that I have left out please feel free to ask.
