East Bay BMW in Pleasanton, CA has 2 M5s available--they sell at MSRP.
Silver gray w/ silverstone interior, all options except rear side airbags, $95,790. It's a demo with ~1,200 miles, and the warranty will be extended by 5,000 miles.
Silver gray w/ black interior, all options, $96,175. Brand new.
They're also the only dealer I know of that has an M5 demo in the bay area.
