Great pic, but the caption certainly wasn't written by a physicist! The dog's situation is not evidence of centrifugal force, it's due to inertia. Centrifugal force (technically centripital force) would have him wedged between the door panel and the seat. This would also be a possibility in the new M5 I suspect.

As soon as I saw that pic I knew someone was going to point out that they were barking up the wrong tree by referencing "centrifugal force."

No centrifugal force unless we are talking about M5's wildly spinning out of control, which I suppose, is a possibility. :D
