Dear Jon -
This may take the cake for the dumbest question asked, but I have to ask anyway. I have a 01 325ci. I noticed that my shift knob is broken. One of the plastic flanges that keeps the knob secured to the shaft broke off. Now the shift knob is loose and tends to come off completely when shifting quickly. I think I need a new shift knob to fix the problem. Is this covered under my warranty?

This is my first new car so I don't know what is and isn't covered.

Thanks in advance for any help.
