Need more info.

Automatic or manual?

Does it happen EVERY time you shift or just sometimes?

well it could be your just letting the clutch out too fast or not giving it enough or too much gas causing a rough shift 1st to 2nd is rough in mine too

Shock Mount!!! Jack you car up in the rear and reach the top part of your shock closest to the shock mount and see if you can wiggle it. If you can at all, it's your shock mount. To replace, just take your rear speaker grills off and remove the rear speakers. Remove the rear tail light covers and peal the inner liner until you see the shock mount. Remove rubber boot and wiggle center to double check to see if it's defective. Take off both bolts on top and a single bolt at the bottom of the shock to remove. Use a allen wrench and a cresent wrench to remove shock mount from shock and reverse to reinstall. Taking the tire off is suggested. Remember to replace both if one is worn out. Good luck. Should take an hour to replace both rear shock mounts with the right tools.

^^^Maybe, maybe not. If it was the RSM's, you'd hear it over bumps, and not only when shifting. I'd say pay close attention when you're shifting, as dzrocks mentioned you might just be dumping the clutch too hard.
