I think the problem is not with JPM. Not sure if it was with Ralph either. I couldn't tell fromt eh replays whose fault it was....


Anyways...I think the problem is there is no clear #1 and #2 like there is with Ferrari. Until they say JPM is the #1 (or Ralph is #1) and they have no specific team orders this could happen.

IMO JPM has proved that he is the faster of the 2 drivers, but he does do some risky moves during races. I wouldn't mind seeing Ralph cut loose and Williams picking up Felipe Massa.

However, Williams has a lot of work to do before next year...1) their aero package SUCKS. A strong engine helps mask this problem, but it is a HUGE problem that they need to fix. 2) The chassis also needs work. It appears that Williams like to march to the beat of their own drummerand do things just because they think it is right. Well if it isn't working, change it! I heard that Williams is going to "do something radical"...I hope for once they are right....can you imagine what the Ferrari F2003 chassis will be like?????
