Hi,

Jim from NorCal just got his first BMW :)

89' 325IS with 240k mikes for $2250. it runs great and only has a few minor problems

I'm big into forums an am a moderator on my local sportbike mssg borad.

I can't seem to find a lower front valance or get my sunroof open, the motor works but it doesn't move

Hm.. there's a solution for this, I just don't remember.. (My last car was an 88 325is). You should post over on the E30 forum :).

I had a great weekend with the car but I have a lot to learn about it. the "coolent" light came on this morning and I was like "WTF do you add the coolent" :rofl:

Justyn you mean.. haha

We're in the Bay Area, just add distilled water. My E30 would slowly lose coolant as well. Probably a leak from the water pump or lower radiator hose. Easier adding water whenever the light came on every few weeks.
