i've been having some difficulty with my 328i commuter recently. its got 80k miles, maybe some new cntrl arms and bushings all around are in order, but it runs like any other 80k bimmer would (excellent, that is). The only problem is that its not a commuter anymore. I just installed some H&R springs and slapped some lightweight M3 replica rims on it... its drinking way too much gas and drivind way too fast.
SO my question is, could i convince an e30 M3 owner to trade? I can care less how many miles its got on it, as long as its pretty clean on rust and the engine is solid. I'd like to think it would be my practical option to finally own an M.
I've never put much thought or effort into it because i thought it would be impossible to drag an e30 M owner into an e36 sedan...
I'm pretty sure I'm right, so if I could just have one reply from an e30 M3 owner telling me he'll never give his car up, then i'll be satisfied.
