Making Custome LSD

i have a comming race in March and i have entered season 2005 without LSD and it was a big problem althoug i got 5th

so my qustion is that how can i make custome LSD from Nomral Open Diff coz it is rear to get LSD here in this ****ty country

while there is a view that custome diff might break while driving

good luck making a custom LSD. If you're asking,that means you can't do it. Just search and buy one. Have it shipped.

the 5th series BMWs with smaller engines (2.0; 2.5) also use the same size differential. but its always a possibility to buy a new one for about 1000$

you can just weld your open diff, it will be full locking, but for the track thats fine, and great for drifting.

I welded a few planetary gears in my diffs over the years for ice racing on frozen lakes in Wisconsin and I can truly attest to having a fully locking differential.
They friggin' hook up! Gotta love fully locked diff. Not recommended for street use. Track or ice racing only. High wear factor on ALL bearings in the final drive line!!! Lots of squealing at low speed turns on dry pavement. Lots of tire wear. But also lots more trophies!!!!
